  Staff was great, took 18mo grandson here to stretch his legs on way to Indiana. The floor when you walk in was black with dirt. Went to play place and it was just as dirty with caked on filth. Trash can was over flowing. Tables were cleaned off. If he ends up sick I will not be surprised.

  The inside was not too welcoming as workers stood around looking lost in the day..not knowing who ordered what..saw a man waiting over 10 min for large fry and two drinks..I had some large rubber piece in a so called chicken nugget..one burger seems fresh while the other was old and dry. Other shift workers waiting to clock in began going behind the counter fixing personal drinks ..off the clock..no ha d washing...one worker loudly discuss how she hates working front counter..they stare at you but don't speak..they also got rude with an elderly gentleman while I was there simply because he wanted dine in not to go. The customer service is worse than the food.

  The last two times we went through the drive thru, our drinks were not completely filled up. I mean 3/4 of an inch or more from the top. When I asked to please fill it up they said they couldn't are they hurting that bad they have to cheat me out of coke? Disappointed!

  Never gives sauces, wait for "fresh fries" and got old stale fries, and barely warm tenders.

  They got a new GM named Ginny or something like that, I’ve been there a few times since they hired her so I’ve seen how she’s acted. She treats all her coworkers like they are less than her, she’s always screaming about something. I had my headphones on doing school work and she came over and basically yelled at me asking if I wanted to try there new refreshers, it genuinely startled me, I said ok and she gave me a sample then walked away. An hour later I had ordered food and got one of there new refreshers to try, while I was again doing school work with headphones on she came over and yelled loudly right in front of my table “IS IT GOOD” she clearly doesn’t have any costumer service skills. It’s very rude to continuously interrupt someone while they are obviously working. And even with headphones on I could hear her yelling and talking down to everyone around her. I’ve been here many times and she’s ruined the nice quiet and pleasant atmosphere they once had.
