  I go to a lot of Chipotle restaurants. This one was not anything overly special. Not overly great service, dirty tables, and a little stingy on the bowl. It’s one thing paying $16 for a bowl but at least have a little better service and such.

  So slow. Most of the meat was out with nothing cooking so I got Pollo Asado out of necessity…super dry. The floor is covered in food. Tables are gross, when asked if they could clean the tables or a rag to clean it myself they looked at me like I had three heads.

  I really wanted to give the new Chipotle in White House a fair chance, especially since I understand that new restaurants need time to work through the opening process. Unfortunately, after giving this location more than one opportunity, the experience has not gotten any better. The franchisee/ownership really needs to evaluate the staffing levels and overall operation of this location. The staff in there look beyond drained and UNDERPREPARED!!! There is next to no staff, and the employees who are working appear to still be learning without enough experienced leadership or support around them. At times, it’s honestly uncomfortable watching employees stand there unsure of what to do while customers are waiting and trying to get their attention. During my most recent visit, it took approximately 20 minutes just to serve one customer. You spend more time standing in the restaurant waiting than you do actually enjoying the food, and after all that waiting, the food isn’t even consistently warm. I could understand this happening once during the growing pains of a new location, but I’ve given them multiple chances and haven’t seen meaningful improvement. At this point, if you’re planning to visit this Chipotle, expect a very long wait for food that may be lukewarm and ultimately subpar. You can tell the staff are trying, and it’s not right that these employees are set up like they are, (I hope your listening franchisee/Owner) Hopefully ownership takes a serious look at staffing, training, and management because White House deserves a Chipotle that operates much better than this.

  I don’t leave a negative review based on a single occurrence. Twice I’ve eaten here, and twice I’ve been sick. I’m healthy, strong immune system, but this place got me. When your crew is basically just standing around instead of cleaning, greeting or working in general I suppose I should have known better. Gave em a second chance last night, never again. I absolutely love chipotle, but this brand has gone downhill pretty dramatically over the last couple of years. It’s a shame.
