The wife and I got dinner here. It was quick and delicious! She got the quesadilla with three sides and I got a double wrapped burrito. The fillings were evenly throughout the burrito!! Not a mound of rice at the beginning or end Will absolutely return.

So I would greatly appreciate if someone could explain to me what this is? I was almost finished eating my burrito and I felt something kind of hard in my mouth. I pulled it out and I found this. (See the picture.) Now I have a suspicion of what it is but I am praying to Jesus that I am wrong. So can anyone at Chipotle tell me what could possibly have gotten into my burrito?

I stopped by for food today, costumer service was amazing but the food was too salty and the fajitas was all green. I have never seen that before at any chipotle. The kitchen area was a mess and a lot of the dishes were on the tables.

This was our 2nd visit (1st was... ok at best) as I try not to rate or review any new business as they are still ironing out the kinks, but this one warranted a public notice about the food and team leadership there. First the management we dealt with trying to get our food fixed and letting them know what went wrong. When we went back the manager (or whomever it was who we talked with) didn't even want to look at any of the food issues. I put it on the counter, he opened the burrito, and he glanced at it, only briefly. Told him mine was a soupy mess. Assumed he would open it (you know....for training purposes). He didn't. Left it all on the counter in front of other guests. Just sitting there. He asked a lady to remake it and walked away. We ended up throwing it all away. Food safety, quality control, training opportunities, guest experience....nothing. Didn't offer a refund. Nothing. It was so odd. Any there had to be like 10 people in there working. All of them stopped and stared the whole time. It was sad. If this does not get fixed, they will not do well. Now the food: Ordered two bowls (one was double meat) and a very simple burrito (steak and cheese, that's it for almost $12) for $51 on the website for pickup. After getting the food home all three items were not acceptable. Burrito - might be the smallest burrito Chipotle has ever made and for $12, I could have gone to Taco Bell or Dos Bros (down the street) and got a much better product. See the size in the photo. After opening up the burrito it was almost all tortilla and very little rice and meat. Bowl 1 (double meat bowl) - No way that was double meat, I have gone to Chipotle all across the country (I travel for work) and this was barely a regular portion. Way too much sour cream and guac that it was soupy and it made the bowl almost cold it had so much. The chicken (maybe the guac) was incredibly spicy and I can handle a bit of heat. Bowl 2 - same situation as the other bowl with low meat content and too much sour cream and guac. And yes, you can have too much guac (and we love guac).
