Honestly, I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We stopped in shortly after they opened and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was exactly what you’d expect from Chipotle.
It’s a brand-new location, so I’m sure they’re still working out a few kinks, but based on our visit, the criticism seems a little harsh. We’ll definitely be back!
Service was NOT friendly at all! Guy asked what we wanted, then just walked away.. came back almost a minute later and asked, what was it you wanted? A simple chicken bowl. He barely gave us any chicken, or black beans. We got maybe a tablespoon of Guacamole that they charged $2,95 for. My wife had to ask for more Pico as he barely gave us any. Guy at the register seemed put out about getting us chips and queso. Chips were very stale and not much queso for $4 90. I know they are newly opened. But you can be friendly. There are more and more options in White House. Very disappointed in this place!

Ok. So. Team seems pretty beat down already just after a few day of being open. According to recent posts, maybe they should’ve had a soft open and maybe left delivery platforms and online ordering for a later date until they found their groove. The friendliness was either never a standard practice or has worn off from staff to customer due Trying to get open as fast as possible and not implementing it or leaving the staff to fend for themselves. Bring back the trainers and coaches to help them and reinforce good policies and procedures. Don’t bite off more than you can chew and focus on the people in store first. Then you will be successful. Good luck and keep your heads up staff.

Staff is worked ragged at just two or three days of being open. You have one and a half staff up front with customers (and there are a LOT of us) and the rest behind the scenes.
I was told there was no rice without cilantro by the sweetest young man who asked kitchen staff who loudly replied “NOPE.”
You have a great opportunity in this town and surrounding towns to really boom.
Give your employees more training and support, and for the love of all things holy, people have allergies to cilantro… keep plain rice COOKED.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews because I understand that people and restaurants can have off days. However, my experience at this Chipotle was completely unacceptable.
I sat in the drive-thru for a full hour after placing a pickup order for 7:20 PM. My order was not large, just two bowls and a kids meal. I understand this is a new location and it may be busy, but what was most frustrating is that my food was already made and sitting on the counter the entire time.
There was no sense of urgency from the staff. I understand they may be working a minimum wage job, but when there is a line wrapped around the building and customers have been waiting for an hour, it’s not unreasonable to expect a little more efficiency.
When I finally got to the window, the employee walked away for about five minutes before even acknowledging me. When she came back and asked if I had a mobile order, I said yes, and she simply turned around and grabbed my bag from the counter, where it had clearly been sitting.
By the time I received my food, it was freezing cold and the quality was terrible. Everything was mushy, and for $11 per bowl, the portions were extremely disappointing. The bowls were barely half full and mostly lettuce.
I have never written a review before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle.
