  I went inside because I had a special request. A friend wanted to the Big Arch, but has an allergy to the sesame seed, so I requested on a fishe filet bun. There was so much lettuce, sauce, onions on it that it slid over in the box. It was the most disgusting sandwich I ever saw! First of all, those were not 1/4 lb burgers, they were no bigger than the burgers on my double cheese. The buns on both sandwiches were very hard. I spent $21.04 on my order and threw half of it away. When the cashier (sweetest little girl) told the manager about my request, she yelled it through the store and made a joke of a different bun. When she looked at me, I said he has an allergy to the seeds & she just gave me a stupid look. That look told me she was really stupid. How could they be out of Dr Pepper? Ridiculous! What a waste of my money & time!!

  ordered a bacon quarter pounder with no mustard and pickles on doordash and it was delivered with NO bacon and still had the mustard and the pickles on it.

  I frequently stop at McDonald's when I'm traveling. I like the brand and rely on it for a quick, consistent meal on the road. I understand that poor service is usually an isolated issue, but this McDonald's in Union City, TN was easily the worst I've ever visited. While traveling with my family, we placed a mobile app order ahead of time to keep things moving. We were only the third car in line, yet we ended up trapped in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. When we finally made it to the window, we were told to pull ahead and wait. We then sat there and watched the next three cars behind us get their food and drive off. It was a horribly inefficient wait time. To make matters worse, once we were back on the road, we realized they had messed up our order. Our oldest son didn't even get food. At that point, we were too far along to bother turning around. We just ate what we could salvage and had to stop again for more food further along our route. Skip this location if you are on a road trip and actually expect a quick, accurate drive-thru experience.
