  I ordered 4pc cheese sticks and a jamocha shake. the cheese sticks literally had no cheese in them. They were empty shells of fried bread. The shake was chocolate. They made new cheese sticks, but they wouldn’t make me another shake because “it looks like jamocha”. I’m a coffee drinker, and this shake has absolutely no coffee in it. Tastes like straight chocolate syrup. They said i could pay for another one, but they won’t remake it.

  Got the Arby’s cheesesteak today it did not look like the picture. It tasted canned dog food on a bun. Do not get the Arby’s cheesesteak. They’re supposed to have a new cheesesteak out, but apparently I didn’t get it. I’ve never leave bad reviews, but this was just awful.

  After a long day I didn’t feel like cooking so I went to Arby’s to grab a burger and fries. After waiting 20 or so minutes I get my food and drive home. Then my burger was raw. I’m pregnant so if that’s definitely a no no. Anyway just pissed off now and still hungry. Curly fries were great though.

  Food was good, would have been better without the fried hair at the bottom of my Peach Cobbler rolls.
