  Friend left hungry because they refused to put more pizza she can eat on the buffet! We should have been told they're not allowed to put special requests on the buffet when we arrived, but we weren't! No discounts on her meal or anything! Note not everyone can eat nasty pepperoni and not everyone wants plain cheese pizza! We won't be back because it's just as close for us to go to Cici's in Chattanooga as it is over here. At least at Cici's they will make us special pizzas that we can eat & on top of that they bring them to our table

  Why do I order from a delivery business to be deferred to a doordash delivery? If I wanted an unvetted nin employee handling my food and probably not in hot bags, etc I would order directly from doordash.

  So disappointed tonight with what used to be our favorite pizza place...they are now using doordash to deliver orders and of course the dasher we received stopped at multiple places before delivering ours and not to mention we were messing our 2 liter...if we happen to order again we will not be using the delivery option🤦‍♀️

  Food arrived cold and incorrect but extremely fast if thats what you're looking for. In my 20 years of ordering pizza I have never been told by an employee that, "thats just how they come." I would recommend picking it up yourself and checking it before you leave, as this was portrayed as, this is just how it is. When you spend 52 bucks on pizza you would at least expect it to be one of the two, correct or warm. Ideally hot and correct, but Kaleb, who i spoke to informed me, our standards are set to high. So just to be clear, the driver forgot the drink. The pizza had the wrong toppings. The mild buffalo were BBQ, with no dipping sauce, but hey, the ticket was correct and attached to the order. And then I was hung up on when, I tried to discuss it. So I wouldn't recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut in Tullahoma.
