  The last few times I've been here, it takes a while to be seated. It takes a while to get your drinks, and good luck getting them refilled. Seems like they are understaffed in the lobby and seat to many customers per server. The appetizers are good. But nearly always have to send my wings back to be re ordered, due to cold crunchy wings. Management generally makes it right by re cooking them, but this shouldn't be an issue everytime I come in here. Restaurant is generally clean, but atmosphere is dull. No smiles, long wait times, even when it's not busy. I believe they can do better.

  I've been up for the past three hours suffering. My stomach has been turning and I've been sick twice because I door dashed a mushroom and swiss from this BW location about 6 hours ago. I only got about a third of the way through the sandwich because it was a weird kind of crunchy and just horrible. This is ridiculous!

  It’s getting harder to justify the price when my orders keep coming like this. The fries are constantly shorted, the food is not properly seasoned half the time, and the drinks are always overstuffed with ice and made wrong a lot of the time. It honestly feels like the dinner staff just doesn’t care much about the quality of the food they’re serving.

  A couple of months ago my wife and I stopped here for a late evening dinner. We noticed there were very few people in the restaurant so I was hopeful it would be a quick meal so we could get home. However, our food took about 40 minutes. We had also asked for an order to go which our server insisted on not putting in until we were almost done eating. This took another 40 minutes. Our server would not come around and I kept looking for her. Eventually a bartender came over to ask if he could help and I said I just wanted our ticket and our to-go order since we had been finished eating for a long time. I left very disappointed. Today, I returned with my son thinking the previous visit was surely due to some weird things happening in the kitchen or something. However, today was not any better. We ordered our food and we did get the food in a decent amount of time. Our server got us each a second drink... then she disappeared. Literally. We had finished eating for 25 minutes and still did not have our check. I finally went up to three host stand and talked to someone who I'm assuming was a manager. I told her we had finished eating 25 minutes ago and hadn't seen our server in 30 minutes but we wanted to leave. She asked who our server was but I didn't know her name. She pointed to a couple of girls asking me if they were my server and I reminded her that I hadn't seen her in 30 minutes. Finally, I showed her where I was sitting and she went and talked with another server for a few minutes. Apparently my server was MIA because this other server brought me my ticket and said she would take care of it. She then left me for ANOTHER 15 MINUTES while I had cash on hand so she could fill drink orders for the group of 25 she just got!!! Why on earth did the manager not just take care of my ticket so i could leave??? I will never return. Unbelievable. And I almost never leave bad reviews (check it out if you don't believe me) but I will never return here.

  If I could give no stars I would. Our service was horrible. Never got our appetizer, waited an hour for our food that was cold. Asked for silverware and napkins. We were brought 2 plastic Togo packs with no napkins. I never give a bad review or complain but we wasted 1 1/2 hours and couldn’t even eat our food.
