    Literally every time i come here we are waiting at least 30 mins! No matter what time it is! I always get charged extra then when i requested. Please tell me how two roast beef sandwiches, two fries and a two piece chicken is a LARGE order. Then another person comes to the window and asks what my name on the order? Ma'am i literally just placed my order at the window, you took my order? I love Arby's and that's the reason i come back but this location needs some serious help! like now
