  Staff were friendly, got the order out very quick. Tried the new brisket sandwich and was not disappointed. Staff led me the right way with the spicy sauce. That stuff was tasty!!

  Went to the drive through and ordered 3 things, they completely forgot the most expensive item I ordered. I called immediately to see if I could get a refund if I come in and Jebediah said they don't give refunds. The food that I did recieve was made incorrectly and tasted terrible. Definitely not worth the money spent on such a terrible business. McDonalds is probably a better choice honestly and I don't like McDonalds.

  Ordered a regular roast beef and potato cake at 4:15pm Saturday May 2, 2026. at drive thru. Bun was hard as a rock on bottom and cold hard potato cakes. Took them back in and Manager on shift called for a fresh sandwich and dropped potato cakes. Sandwich maker made sandwich and didnt even wrap it up correctly and “TOSSED” it under the warmer to Manger. Potato cakes came up and girl put them in container and walked away, I had to ask for them. Very poor management attitude and service. There was one other customer pulling into drive thru when I went in and no customers inside. When you pay almost $10.00 for food you expect it to be suitable and timely. I rate this store a very low “0” all the way around in every area. It’s been almost 2 years since I have stopped at this store in Tullahoma, Tennessee and do not plan on ever returning to it.

  I bought the Steak nuggets tonight. They didn't taste bad. But I felt that for the price I was ripped off. I got what I 4 pieces and what I would call 1/2 of a nuggets, it was so small. For over $5 , I could have spent my money elsewhere and got much more!
