  I just recently moved to the area, and the reviews of this Taco Bell honestly scared me a bit. 😂 But no, I placed my order ahead online, set the time I was planning to be there, and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Everything was correct, the staff were kind, the restaurant was clean and orderly. Anything I could want from a Taco Bell experience, they provided. Nothing blew me away, but they delivered on every expectation I had on them. Happy to find that the negative reviews were just incredibly loud. Looking forward to living near a solid Taco Bell here in Trenton.

  Terrible experience. I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving and was met at the window and told to pull around to the front of the building where no parking spots were available. Went back into the drive thru to tell them there’s nowhere to park and waited for the order for another 30 minutes at the window. Checked the order and was missing a $7 cantina rolled chicken burrito so went back through drive thru. They told us to pull around to the front again and they would have it right out. Waited for 30 more minutes while 4 employees were standing at the front talking.

  I would leave a 0 star if that was an option. Tonight at 8:59 tried to go in the lobby to order. Door was locked, sweet girl mopping opened door and said the lobby was closed. Here comes another woman wearing a headset yelling at that girl to lock the door. We told her we couldn’t go through the drive thru bc pulling a camper. The door and the website state the dining room is open until 10pm and drive thru until midnight. Worker with the headset was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and the other worker slamming the door in my face and locking It. Walked away. No reason given as to why they are not be going by the hours posted online and on the door!!

  I went and got the seasoned fries and the cinnamon twist and when I got home to eat the fries they taste stale and they are cold other then that everything else is good.

  Food is almost always how I wanted because no one is perfect but the food sure is.
