  Ordered 2 burgers with onion rings and chicken. Onion rings and chicken were missing after waiting over 30 minutes. There is ALWAYS something missing when we visit this store and there is ALWAYS an extremely long wait even when there are no cars in the lot.

  2nd time in a row we have come and we are met with we aren't taking orders right now. It is currently 9:14pm. Do better!

  Ordered a chicken bite dinner at 8:43 PM and got it at 9:01 PM. Not only was the chicken only barely warm, but the tater tots were cold and the tea was old too. I may have chosen to come here, but you chose to work here and there was no service that was actually kind except the young lady who brought me my food, she was very sweet.

  We tried to order on the app and it said nothing was available at 10 at night, we pull up to order instead and suddenly they had everything? Ended up paying around $10 more because we couldn’t use any of the deals with the app. This is not the first time this has happened either, why turn off things online that you clearly have? Update: got our food and part of it was wrong, and they got an attitude about it too
