  1 star because I honestly don’t know how this Sonic is still this bad. I’ve lived in Trenton for years and I can count on one hand the number of times my order has actually been correct. You can pay for extra toppings, syrups, mix ins, whatever, and there’s a good chance you won’t get them. One time I ordered cherries in my Coke and my entire drink was red. I’m talking so red it looked like cough syrup. I took one drink and almost spit it across my dashboard. Every time I order ice cream the mix ins are wrong. The extra mix ins I paid for aren’t there. The fried food sometimes comes out so dark it looks like the grease hasn’t been changed in forever. The app is constantly turned off too, so you can’t order through it or use the deals, but they won’t honor the app coupons. I don’t really blame the employees because it’s pretty obvious they’re short staffed and trying to keep up. My issue is with whoever owns and runs this location. At some point you have to take responsibility for the condition this place is in. I don’t know who the franchise consultant is for this Sonic, but corporate really needs to take a look at this location. It’s been bad for years.

  Ordered 2 burgers with onion rings and chicken. Onion rings and chicken were missing after waiting over 30 minutes. There is ALWAYS something missing when we visit this store and there is ALWAYS an extremely long wait even when there are no cars in the lot.

  Ordered a chicken bite dinner at 8:43 PM and got it at 9:01 PM. Not only was the chicken only barely warm, but the tater tots were cold and the tea was old too. I may have chosen to come here, but you chose to work here and there was no service that was actually kind except the young lady who brought me my food, she was very sweet.
