    We specifically ordered and paid for 6 ranch, we got 4. The fries and tots were overcooked and hard. The poppers and cheese sticks were ok.

    Sitting in my car waiting for my drink for almost 15 mins and the only thing I ordered was a twisted lime slush with nerds. Girl had my drink, came out, went to another vehicle and started talking to the ppl in the car, with my drink still in her hand. Thing about it is the screen showed ON WAY, almost 15 mins later I finally got my drink.

    Took almost an hour to get our food. Food was cold. Fries and tots were hard and cold.

    Its very rare for this sonic to listen to instructions. I asked for mayo and pickle ONLY not only did that not happen they LOADED it with everything. Either they have kids working or a staff that is poorly managed. Do better
