Tonight, June 8th, 2026, I ordered two orders of cinnamon twists, along with a large Baja blast. Simple right? And I have been a loyal Taco Bell follower for years, very much enjoying their seven dollar box as of late. Unfortunately upon receiving my order, my cinnamon twists were not the cinnamon twists I have come to love so dearly. They were replaced with stale, cardboard-like twists that left an awful taste in my mouth. While dissatisfied with my order tonight, I would not be writing this review if this was Taco Bell’s first offense with their cinnamon twists. However, this has happened to me a couple times on my last Taco Bell trips, and it honestly is souring the once blooming relationship I had with this restaurant. Now i am not angry or bitter, just disappointed. I still will patronize Taco Bell. But this needs to be stopped soon. Thank you for your time
