  Ordered food online. Got to restaurant and was informed ice cream machine was down. That i need to cancel my order. They couldn't substitute my milk shakes for anything else. That i needed to call sonic cooperate number. They couldn't help me there. So I called the number. Was on phone for at least 15 minutes. Said I would be getting email about my refund. Never received anything from them. Called again on phone another 15 to 20 minutes. Said would get phone call and email about my refund. Never received anything else from them. Will never go back to sonic.

  Stupidist thing I've ever experienced! Pull up to the window/ speaker to order and guy comes over the speaker and says, "There's a 30+ min wait on all orders. " Where are we, Longhorn or something? No, Longhorn doesn't take that long to get your food! The guy gave no explanation , no sorry, no anything. Very unprofessional, very rude. These are the kind of people that you do not want cooking or preparing your food. If they are this unprofessional about something like this , then what do you think they do if they drop your food on the ground, they don't throw it away. Be surprised if they care enough to even pick the hair out of it before they wrap it up and hand it to you. So if you go to this Sonic, happy eating, if you have the patience to wait, and good luck. Hope you have a great immune system.

  Always expect to be there for 30+ minutes even if you ordered 30 minutes in advance. Always forget items, pretty sure drinks sit there forever til they decide to make the food then decide to bring it out. Keep going back every few months hoping for a better experience but after today I am done with this location. Madisonville & Maryville Sonic are the only ones with any standards.
