  The sweetwater location there was only 2 guys working and they were super nice and helpful even being short staffed!

  We stopped on our way to Alabama simply because they were listed as one of the RETRO Pizza Hut. The waitress was great. Atmosphere is what we expected with the "retro" vibe. Food was great. We ordered a large pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage and 2 drinks = $15.56. They did have the buffet.

  Worst place ever so I placed an order for a large three meat pizza and drove 30 minutes to pick up my pizza only to find out that they don't have any pizza dough. How are you? Even still in business? I drove 30 minutes one way only to find out you don't have any pizza dough. What a joke. What a waste of time as a business will never go back here again

  Drove here from Birmingham Alabama on a drive home to Johnson City with the intention to eat at this Retro location (one of only two in Tennessee). This experience was the best Pizza Hut experience I've had in my life. This was my children's first experience eating in art a Pizza Hut. Service was spot on, and Alissa shared with us the specials. She brought us 14 drinks for our party of seven without hesitation. Food was delicious, hot, and worth the 5-hour drive. I'll definitely be coming back here despite the 2.5 hour drive from our house. Managers are new and assured us that they were making it better than it has been in the past. My only recommendations are that they install carpet and open the salad bar and bring in a few arcade machines.
