I've never eaten in here but I get a take out pie couple times a month. There is no better pizza! I worked at a franchise back in the 70's. Nobody out Pizzas the Hut. Loved my 10 dollar hand tossed 3 topping deal!

Would be great if they actual verified outgoing delivery orders, instead of messing it up and you have drive to the store to get it fixed. Otherwise, usually good food.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut. We ordered pizza , expecting a simple and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut chose to send our order through DoorDash, and the first driver apparently took our order and never delivered it. The second DoorDash driver was extremely helpful and professional. She actually went inside the store, explained the situation to the employees, and asked them to remake our order. I was on the phone with her at the time, and we were both trying to understand why our order had been allowed to leave the store without being properly verified. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The store manager was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After three failed DoorDash drivers, I decided I would simply come to the store myself to pick up the food we had already paid for. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the manager actually called the police. I was told that I had no right to record the interaction or hold the store accountable for what had happened. Eventually, I was given my food, but the entire situation was completely unnecessary and ruined what should have been a special occasion for my son. I have ordered Pizza Hut for years, and I have never been treated this way by a business. The way this situation was handled by the manager was unacceptable from start to finish. If you are considering ordering from this location, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Customers should not have to deal with this level of disrespect simply because they expect to receive the food they paid for.
