  Very good pizza, promptly prepared to order, nice cashier. Very nicely done. The business was clean (but my order was "to go."

  Placed an online order on 8-15 at 6:34pm. It said apx 35 minutes to be ready. Got to the store for pickup at 10 after. Got app notification a few minutes before that, 7:08, that order was ready. Walked into the store three employees were working on orders. One looked up with no acknowledgment. It took 13 minutes before anyone acknowledged us while standing at the carryout line counter. I said I had a carryout and the app said it was ready. They looked and said it wasn't. It hadn't even been started yet. Waited an additional 32 minutes before it was ready. During this time many ( at least 5) doordashers/ 3rd party food delivery drivers came in with the same issue, order says ready and it wasnt. We sat and ate. Many of the dashers who came in around the time we did were still waiting for orders that were "ready" but weren't when we left. Barely an apology. Fwiw the food was fresh.... The picture I added was the carryout board. Notice the current time and the ready times. None of those orders were ready. I was told the board was wrong and these orders despite being almost 30 minutes passed the "Ready time" at this point, was in fact wrong. I asked them if it was that wrong and all those orders that were significantly passed the "ready time" and customers were getting notifications of order ready ( when they in fact were not) why not just turn it off? No answer. When we left the place was packed with people that were there to pick up orders and I overheard many of the same compliants about orders that were "ready" but weren't. Drive thru was also significantly backed up. Our order was 1 large topping pizza, 1 order of cinnabon minis 1 two liter drink. Ymmv 2 stars for food being good otherwise 1 star.

  I placed an online order and arrived on time at the drive up window to pick up the pizza. There was 1vehicle in front of me. After 20 minutes (!!)no activity from inside the store, I called the store number and was connected to a call center. I explained the reason for my call and the woman I spoke to called the store and got no answer. She suggested I go in the store and I asked her to cancel my order which she did. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. I give up.
