  The food was great, the service was polite, and the atmosphere felt much nicer compared to other chipotle I've been to.

  ****I CANNOT BABYSIT SCARLETT'S DELICATE FEELINGS*** female employee Scarlett charged me for 2 bowls, when I only got 1 bowl + extra chicken. I go there all the time, when I walked in today, Scarlett even said to the employee next to her, "I know she's getting 2 scoops of chicken", which was correct because that's what I always get, and Scarlett knew it by heart. However, when Scarlett checked me out at the register, she put 2 full bowls instead of 1 bowl + extra chicken, so she charged me more than she should have, which has never happened before, and she has checked me out many times. She knew what she was doing (not mistake but intentional), because she always used to give me the receipt without me ever having to ask, but today, she never tried to give me receipt, even after the receipt printed. I had to grab it myself from the printer, which was odd and unusual for Scarlett. Then she followed me to the dining table where I put down my food tray (because she saw I took my receipt and she felt uneasy knowing I will check the receipt any minute now). She started by telling me there's a balance, but did not give any explanation as to why because I just paid exactly what she told me to. So it turns out at first, she falsely charged me $29.14, then after she saw I reached out and grabbed my receipt, she panicked and reversed the $29.14, then charged me the correct amount $22 to cover up. But she couldn't explain what happened to the $29.14 I just paid, because she didn't want me to know that she secretly reversed the $29.14 without telling me. Because she rushed to me in the hope to silence me before I spoke up, she couldn't come up with any legitimate reason for why the amount suddenly changed from when I swiped my card (she even verbally announced the amount $29.14 before I swiped my card) and when I walked away for 1 minute. Instead of owning up to it since Scarlett was the person who did it, she just dumped it on the manager Joseph, and because poor Joseph was not involved with what Scarlett did earlier with her maneuvers, naturally he was confused. Joseph spent a long time at the register trying to figure out what happened, Scarlett was standing right next to him, if Scarlett had the decency or integrity to tell Joseph the truth at any time, it would have saved everyone a lot of hassle. But she said NOTHING. She just stood there listening to the exchange between me and Joseph, to see if we had caught onto what she actually did. In the end Joseph issued refund. ***It's worth noting that Scarlett never once apologized (to me OR to Joseph for wasting BOTH of our time) or acknowledged what she did, even though she was the one who started it all. I have never done anything to Scarlett, but obviously she retaliates at any perceived slight, whether real or not (the only thing I can think of possible explanation for her behavior is I did not passionately respond with multiple "yes" when Scarlett said "I know she gets 2 scoops of chicken") but I was hungry and tired, and really did not have the energy to babysit Scarlett's delicate feelings (I did say hi to Scarlett when I walked in), so I hope Scarlett stops being so insecure and vindictive for no reason, and acts her age. It's long overdue.

  Possible food poisoning 9-4-26. This is our 2nd time eating here. Both times the chips have been so stale that they couldn’t be chewed. I got violently sick about 2 hours after eating it yesterday to the point we almost went to the hospital. My order had the corn salsa, lime chicken and sour cream so it’s one of those that made me sick since nobody else had those and they didn’t get sick.
