- BPBeth PattersonJul 2, 20261.0I’ve been here twice now and the second time was as lack luster as the first. Everything is dried up, old or dirty. The store is not clean and is brand new. If things are reheated and used the next day there’s no reason to have pans that have been there since 5pm. This store hasn’t been open long enough to already be this crappy. My burrito has no flavor, every bite there’s something crunchy that shouldn’t be. Waste of $15.

This was my first time going to the Springfield Chipotle and I will definitely be returning! The food was phenomenal and the service was just as good. They informed me of the rewards program and kept a very clean environment. Thank you for such a great experience!

Occasionally you get a trainee that might not make your order perfectly... but simply mention what you want and they ALWAYS make it right. Some Chipotles make the burritos the size of a corn cob, however this place gets it right. I left with a burrito the size of a mailbox. 10 out of 10.
- AHAdrian HayesMay 14, 20261.0Second time eating here and i think it’s the worst chipotle middle tn area. For one I ordered round 9:30 there was no chicken barely any beans no lettuce. She ended up giving me a small portion of rice then when asked for more it was more of a weird look at me sigh. Then the only thing they had on the line was steak, I wanted chicken but it was just a corner of chicken left in the pan. I actually did they have any Warren chicken was it of the night she said yes there’s no more chicken and that was it for the night. She decided to put steak on my plate. I didn’t ask for steak. So after she put the steak on the plate, I’m thinking she’ll give it to me for free or something or discount. It shouldn’t charge me for the whole meal the steak i didn’t even ask for the steak. When I got home to try everything the rice is hard as crap and old.
