I paid $15 and I pulled around and waited for over 30 minutes with no one helping me whatsoever. I noticed the employees went and stood out back and were just laughing and no one was inside. I jumped out of my vehicle and confronted them asking them. If anyone was going to give me my food and they were like acting like they didn’t know what was going on. They told me all they could offer me was a couple of chicken tenders, but not what I paid for. To say I was angry as an understatement. Absolute joke I would stay away from this place and I will definitely never go back waste your time and then don’t even give me my full refund back.

The Fountain Inn SC store is the WORST bojangles there is for customer service. Simply sucks. Manager down…… bad attitudes, CONSTANTLY.
