Normally very pleased with Springfield 7 Brew. Arrived this morning just before 6 am with no lights on, so considered maybe the opening was changing to 6 only for someone to come out and tell me they had been locked out and wouldn't be opening for 30 minutes. Not a great way to start my morning. I realize stuff happens, but not pleased as I drove away this morning.

Wanted to try the fall flavors but was afraid the pumpkin was too much pumpkin. The lady taking our order said she likes the pumpkin blondie with brown sugar cinnamon. I tried it and it is soo good ! 7 brew never disappoints when I need new coffee ideas

I hate leaving bad reviews, but here we go anyway! I know this location is new however this is the second time I have gone here and got the same guy taking my order. He leaned all on my car while taking my order, doesn’t listen while taking the order and failed to utilize my free drink reward (other locations acknowledge the reward once my account is pulled up and ask if I’m ready to use it) Not only was the order process awful they were super backed up. Drinks that were similar to ours were coming out to people behind us. Additionally we sat in the same spot for 10 mins with zero movement. And I know a lot of people these days order sugar free drinks but this is the second time I’ve ordered sugar free that it was not sugar free.

You can’t expect much in Robertson County for a work force. The employees are lost and very rude. You should not lean on peoples cars while doing your job or in the window.

7Brew saved my life. I don’t know what they put in this, but I can hear colors and I’ve forgiven everyone who wronged me. Unfortunately, I’m now awake until Thursday. Almost didn’t get my squishy but the employees came through because I was rocking my 7brew shirt.
