  Never usually leave reviews but this past experience was far from what I expected. Placed a mobile order so my order would be ready when I got there. Had to wait an extra 20min once I arrived in the Pick-Up Stall, Slushee was completely melted like it was sitting out for 20min, and my order was wrong after receiving it. Would've asked for the problem to be fixed at the time but didn't want to wait another 20min with a hungry child in the car

  DO NOT EAT HERE I drove up to pick up my order, then my ear was blasted so loud by the employee (which i later found out was the manager) asking what was the name. I then let her know this speaker is so loud it has my ears ringing. She walks up to give me my order, I ask yo speaker with a manager, turns out she is the manager and says there's Noone to report this speaker problem to and walks away shrugging her arms. She is a very unprofessional person. I then call Sonic after driving away to get her name and the number for corporate, she refused to give me her name or the number for anyone else higher up to reach out to. I've reported this to corporate. I'd steer clear of this sonic 100%. She did not at one time apologize or even act like she cared or would figure anything out. Worst place I've ever been to. Not to mention at times I've found flies in my drinks, Styrofoam, hard white bones in my burgers.

  Why is it so hard to get a chocolate milkshake that doesn’t taste like you’re sucking straight out of a Hersheys syrup bottle with the consistency of water🫩🫩🫩

  I normally have an amazing experience every time i come here, but today the lady named Ana was so rude. I paid on card, she tried to tell me i did not pay and was arguing with me for 15 minutes. Required me to show BANK statements to prove i paid and even denied it after i showed her. She said that i needed to pay in cash or i would not get my food. Until another server came along and said that i was good to go. was not happy leaving.

  Ordered a coconut creme slushy for my daughter during the happy hour time. When I noticed I was charged full price, I asked the server about that when dropping off the item, unfortunately I couldnt understand them very well. Only thing I could hear is thats for drinks and slushies only, which is what I ordered. After that I got to my house and gave the slushy to my kid and found out it was a creme slushy, not the coconut creme. So after all that I was over charged and given the wrong item. Also I only ordered the slushy, nothing else.
