  I stopped in to grab a pizza and Mitchell was the only one working. Not sure why, but for someone who is working alone and taking care of people in the drive-thru and upfront, he had an amazing and wonderful attitude! He was very kind, and that was very appreciated since my original online order went to an out of town location, he took care of me. Thx Mitchell, it’ people like you that keep me coming back.

  We have tried ordering from this location twice within the last week. Both times, the order was placed hours before they closed. The food was NEVER delivered nor were we contacted about a refund or why we never received our food. I had to call and ask for a refund the next day for food we never received. Terrible business, communication, and ownership. Please, save yourself the trouble and money and just report them to corporate.

  I went in this store as I was completing a dash order. Once I arrived I was told that the order was in the oven and would be about 3 more minutes. However, it took 15 mins whereas I was the only guest in the store. 3 employees were in the back enjoying a very loud non work conversation but no one came back to the front of the store to update me about the order. I politely asked about the order and was soon brought the order. As I went to take the receipt photo I noticed no receipt was attached. I’ve done dash for a very long time as this location has never been an area I’ve worked. The little girl with glasses proceeded to rudely tell me they don’t give receipts and walked away mumbling something under her breath. I then told her I would be making a review as I am doing my job and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. The tall guy with glasses stated he didn’t care. I’m not sure how they’re trained as far as customer service goes, but they need to go back and retrain. In customer service you are told to never leave the front unassisted as this is a safety hazard and can also cause money loss. They seem to not care about the door dash customers/workers or something I don’t know, but they definitely need to hire better employees for sure…

  I have never received prompt service, accurate ordering, or been provided with good customer service. I have had: burnt pizza, missing items from my order, items I didn't order, and a delivery that "never made it out of the hotbox" so it never made it to my home. I have tried the drive thru, I have also tried to pickup and each time - it's never right. Tonight after an hour of waiting, I finally called to check on my order (which I never do)...after waiting for them to find my order...I asked for a refund and decided to never come here again. Friends, it was a night that I needed a delivery, my kids were hungry and it was a long day. I spent $55 plus tip to never get my food and get zero apologies. I was offered a credit on my next order - which I declined...I don't see this location and I working out. Save your time, patience and money. Seek pizza goodness elsewhere.
