- TBTamara BouriniMay 12, 20261.0I’ve always loved Papa John’s pizza and I order from other locations regularly, but this branch has been the worst experience every single time. More than once I ordered extra cheese (2x cheese) and the pizza barely had any cheese, even less than normal. Another time I ordered the New York Style pizza and the crust was extremely thick. When I asked the employee about it, she rudely said “that’s how we make it” and turned her face away. Today was even worse. I have a severe allergy to bacon, and my pizza came with bacon on it. I showed it to the employee and his response was simply “we can make another one if you want” without even apologizing. I asked for a refund instead, and while he did process it, the customer service at this location is terrible. This branch honestly made me not want to order from Papa John’s anymore, even though I used to buy from them weekly
