At least once a week, my toast isn’t even toasted, it’s straight just regular Italian bread with avocado spread on top. Today I asked for a remake as it was clear not toasted. Lady said “it should be toasted enough for you” which kind of came off rude and made me think “oh great now it’s probably over toasted and burnt” but I just ignored it because maybe it wasn’t intentional. Unfortunately, I got back an avocado toast that was way over toasted and burnt on half of both sides. You could TASTE the burnt toast over the avocado so it didn’t get finished and my money was wasted.

- AMAaron MiddletonJan 29, 20261.0This Dunkin used to be nice and we preferred it to Starbucks, but over the last year or so it has gone downhill like crazy. Long wait times, constant wrong orders, hot drinks that are delivered cold as ice, and the workers look like they have no idea what they are doing. Advice for management: step it up, hire competent people, pay more if you have to. I'd gladly pay a little bit more for actually good service. Otherwise, there's no point coming back here.

Lots of people running around but no one taking orders at the counter. Long line of people waiting for drinks and sandwiches and one person behind the counter looking for a lost latte. It’s sad when both locations in Spring Hill have the same issues so you have to go out of Spring Hill to get better service. I love Dunkin coffee but it’s not worth testing my patience.
