- PPpaigetbhhSep 14, 20261.0i usually never leave reviews but this really blows… i always come through here / columbia dunkins and get the same drink i have been getting for the past year, no problems. they used to have this drink listed on the menu as the “golden hour refresher”. its the mango pineapple refresher, and the strawberry dragonfruit refresher combined with lemonade. i instead got something with cold foam and oat milk. i politely sent it back, even apologized as they had two other orders behind me. the manager (the masculine woman) came over without saying a word, annoyingly listened to me explain again what the drink exactly was. 5 seconds later, the girl running window brings me the same drink saying “this should be better”.. so i just grabbed it and went. i dont have time to be playing a back and forth game nor do i want to deal with another persons shitty attitude.

I've tried to get one again but they never have any donuts. Seems odd for a place named after donuts, they would have donuts. Well, I will just remember that one duncan donut fondly.

At least once a week, my toast isn’t even toasted, it’s straight just regular Italian bread with avocado spread on top. Today I asked for a remake as it was clear not toasted. Lady said “it should be toasted enough for you” which kind of came off rude and made me think “oh great now it’s probably over toasted and burnt” but I just ignored it because maybe it wasn’t intentional. Unfortunately, I got back an avocado toast that was way over toasted and burnt on half of both sides. You could TASTE the burnt toast over the avocado so it didn’t get finished and my money was wasted.
