  SOMEBODY needs to get in this store and clean it up and get employees that can be competent and do their job. This store is an absolute joke .. there is no room for ignorance when working for the public ..

  This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They are always out of everything. Their “coffee” isn’t coffee, it’s milk. I’ve been going for years and it is always the same. The orders are frequently wrong and missing items as well.

  Store claims it opens at 5AM. I arrived at 5:15AM to pick up a mobile order I had placed prior to arriving and the doors were still locked so I couldn’t get in. I then proceeded to wait in the drive through for over 20 minutes to get my order and I was the 4th vehicle.

  I don’t even know where to start. I am just over this dunkin. Please someone from corporate get involved PLEASE. Who is running this dunkin?? Who is the manager? Who is the Regional? Long wait times, terrible customer service, lack of training, should I go on?? Dunkin should be ashamed to have this location running like this. Come on people.

  Lady at counter had no idea how to ring up a hot americano, charged me the normal price and added 3 extra shots. went to sit down and she was bad mouthing me to her coworker where I could hear her. Horrible customer service and someone please train her on what an Americano is and how to ring it up
