    Here I am sitting in the drive through with Time to do this review. This place has always had terrible service! Don’t waste your time here this is a franchise ownership problem not an employee problem.

    Took over 45 minutes in the drive through. Looked like only 2 people working and no one in the lobby. Food was cold. Won't be back to this location.

    I ordered from this location through the mobile app. It got routed through DoorDash and my DoorDash driver marked my order is delivered, but never dropped it off. The manager on duty at the time was named Cameron and he was incredibly helpful. At first, he told me that he would not be able to help me and that I would have to contact DoorDash, but When DoorDash told me that they couldn’t help me, Cameron made it right. He had my order remade and allowed my fiancé to come pick it up from the restaurant for me (I was stuck at work), and even added in some extra stuff to make up for the order being messed up. He was very helpful and kind throughout the process and it made a really frustrating experience into a pleasant one. I know he did not have to do all of that to help us out, but he did and it made a huge difference to me because I was having a really difficult day. Thank you, Cameron!

    Could not get help from store employees. No communication. Food ready 15 minutes past the original pick up time. This is a problem every time I come into this store. Feels like there’s a lack of care.
