I stopped by the drive-thru around 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday. First issue: the order speaker is very quiet (or the attendant is not speaking clearly), and with nearby traffic, it was nearly impossible to hear. I pulled up to the window and waited a full seven minutes... only to be handed a completely wrong order. The attendant did apologize, then took another four minutes to get the correct items: a Buffalo chicken sandwich (my first time trying it), a small curly fry, and water... Over $10 dollars btw. The sandwich had just a few strips of lettuce and nothing else. The curly fries arrived cold and rubbery. Overall, a frustrating experience. I’d hoped for much better.

Food was ok but clearly the fry oil needed changed because the whole place was filled with a smoky haze. Makes me wonder if the hood system was even working. Definitely in need of a good inspection for the safety of the staff and the customers.

There should absolutely no reason to sit almost 30 minutes in a drive thru with only 1 vehicle in front of you. Most people only get a 30 minute break and for the whole time to be spent in the drive thru is ridiculous. It's like they don't even try to speed up. I love Arby's food, but I guess going to the one in springhill is not an option.

16 minutes at the drive thru window is completely unacceptable. The girl at the window NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME. No thank you, no sorry for the delay. Nothing not a single word.

A shame they can’t figure out how to operate the drive thru during lunch on a weekday. Customer service seems to be second rate to taking a break.
