  I'm rating against other McDonald's 4 out 5 I went inside the establishment. It was a very active inside. I had plenty of teens. The lobby is a little small but it's inside of a gas station. What do you expect? Went in and got one McDouble and two McChickens for lunch. It was presented hot and fresh. I can't really ask for more because it's McDonald's. The staff was friendly but it did take them a while to acknowledge me. That's fine. I understand front counters never priority in these places.

  I’d give McDonald’s 4 stars overall. The food was good as usual—consistent, fresh, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving it. However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. The app features weren’t working properly, which made ordering more frustrating than it should be. On top of that, there were quite a few flies inside, which made it a bit uncomfortable while eating. If those issues were addressed, this would easily be a 5-star visit.

  Stale bread, Mac sauce was as unreal. Service was ashame. Its as if they had been drafted into the McDonald's workforce as for the fries well I reckon the grease was changed last month. Believe it or not the Depper was normal but they had to ad some extra effort to mske sure I didn't enjoy one thing so they counted out 6 ice squares for both drinks. After some deep thought I cannot remember an experience that was correct or even somewhat good from that McDonald's location. That place should just give up and try being a taco bell. Soon as I picked it up that old rotten bread just crumbled.

  Absolutely awful experience. The employees and especially the manager were rude, dismissive, and treated customers terribly. I ordered a Frozen Coke at the kiosk, but when I brought it up, I was told I had not ordered one and that I would have to pay extra for a different drink if I wanted it. I explained that the price of the drink I was given was the same as the Frozen Coke, so there was no actual loss or price difference to correct, but that did not matter. Instead of trying to fix a simple issue, the manager, Melissa, responded with a terrible attitude and was extremely disrespectful. What really stood out was that after Melissa walked away to the back, other employees actually apologized for her behavior. That says a lot. If employees feel the need to apologize for their own manager’s temper and attitude, there is clearly a bigger management problem. That would also explain the slow service, mistakes with the food, and the overall lack of professionalism. Mistakes happen. Computers mess up. Policies are policies. The real problem here was the attitude. Melissa was rude, mean, dismissive, and made a simple situation way worse than it needed to be.
