  Updated Review (next day) I called as requested and the manager Makayla (sorry if misspelled) was so kind. They re-made the order and it was delicious. This time I picked it up so I got it as soon as it was done and it was still fresh when I got home 15 minutes later. Nobody is perfect but I appreciate them making this right. I’d recommend doing carry out and not delivery. Unfortunately delivery won’t be fresh since they are at the mercy of door dash but if you can do carry out you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Well over an hour for pizza that was old and gross and breadsticks that were over cooked, cold and dry. I ordered in the app knowing it would be about 40-50 minutes. About an hour of waiting and I get a notification that the pizza was done and delivery will be done by door dash. No biggie right? Wrong. It spent 20 more minutes trying to find a “dasher”. Once it found one, it said the dasher had my pizza in hand BUT THEN…another order came to Pizza Hut so rather than delivering my pizza, the delivery driver had to wait for them to cook the next order too. So I called and let them know I would just like a refund if my food is going to be old. The lady said it wasn’t old and “just came out”. Well, my driver already informed me that he had the food but gave it back for them to put into the warmer so they could START COOKING the other persons order. Never the less we trusted Pizza Hut and that was an epic failure. I wasted 2 rewards items because I used points and they were old. I wasted money buying a pizza and it was old. And of course I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver. I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut unless you’re doing your own carry out because this was the worst quality food we have had in a long time. Absolutely disgusting. I just wish the lady would have given me my refund when I called so we could have avoided the whole thing.

  This was my favorite Pizza Hut until the other day. 1st they didn't get my order right on my cheesy bread sticks. Their solution was to bring a cup of cheddar out to put on my cheese sticks. Then when they did bring the right cheesy bread sticks they was dough. 2nd my wife joined me and my children to eat they never asked what she wanted to drink just brought water. 3rd after waiting roughly 45 minutes to am hour for our ticket I finally went to the register to find my waitress was off to the side playing on her phone. After I paid I asked for a large to go box my waitress who rang up my ticket bolted off to the back only to come back because another customer walked in and the door bell chimed, I then asked her again for a to go box to be followed up with what size you need? I said again a large box for my food. Only for her to walk 6 feet to get a box that clearly she didn't have to go to the back for.

  Disappointed in the quality of the pizza. It was like eating cardboard and very few toppings on it.

  I personally only get the melts - other members of my household get pizza and their pizza lately always seems not cooked thoroughly and we have to throw it in the oven to finish cooking the base/crust. Otherwise it just flops and we aren't ordering the New York style btw - the Pizza Hut in Livingston does a way better job on their pizzas.
