  First we thought it was closed. Looking in from outside all the chairs were upside down on the tables and nobody inside. My husband went to the doors to find out if it was opened....it was, but they didn't want anyone inside due to preparing to close. This was on 8-23-2026 @7:55pm.....we went inside anyway....ordered our food.....and sat down. The employees didn't like it, but it was open until 10pm on the inside....even said so on the door.....well....our food was cold! My husband had a beef -n-cheddar meal with potato cakes, and I had a double roast beef meal with extra white cheese and potato cakes......we decided to suck it up and eat the cold meal until we get to the potato cakes....they were still frozen in the middle.....the outside edges weren't frozen, but the middle was.....My husband had enough and went up and told the employee who of course wasn't happy about having to make new ones.....when we got the new ones.....10 minutes later.....they were sooooooo crispy that we couldn't eat them.....we knew then that it was time to leave and that they didn't like the fact that we came inside in the first place. While we were there sitting in a booth by the window.....we saw about 5 cars stop....look inside and leave....they probably thought it was closed.....very bad for business!!!!! I have pictures to prove what I have said.....beware of going inside when the employees don't want to be opened!!!! Your food will taste very bad!!!!!

  Sandwich had plastic in it fries cold and tough like they had been sitting for hours

  I ordered a No 1 Meal with Curly Fries to go. When I got home (max of 10 min later), EVERYTHING was COLD and I mean COLD. Extremely disappointed in the food

  It was ok, but very expensive. I will only go here about once or twice a year. I'm not trying to spend all my money at once...
