- SMS MJun 18, 20261.0After reading the reviews on Google, I now understand why so many people have left negative feedback. I recently placed an order while traveling from Arlington, Tennessee. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:17 PM. I arrived at 1:30 PM and was informed that my order was not ready. Keep in mind, I only ordered one pizza. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. I politely asked the manager if there was any way I could be compensated for the inconvenience and the time I had wasted, and he immediately said no. His response was rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of customer care. I contacted corporate multiple times requesting that the owner reach out to me regarding this experience. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive a call, email, or any form of communication. The lack of accountability, leadership, and customer service is concerning. I'm not sure how this establishment continues to operate with this level of service, but they will not receive any more of my business. I will also be sharing my experience with family and friends and encouraging them to spend their money elsewhere. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable.
