  Can't complete simple task, med shake no whip cream but do still add cherry. Turns out they cant be bothered to complete orders as asked here. Shame to see just how lazy the younger generation truly is. So if you'd like to pay full price for your order your way you should take your chances else's where.

  My daughters stopped at the SoddyDaisy Tn Sonic. Got our food to go and as I take a second bite there was a long white hair in my food stuck in the egg. I call being nice at first and the person who claimed to be the manager was not apologetic or anything. When I asked for the manager she said I was speaking to one.No name or anything. Acted as if I was bothering her. I asked her name and she hesitated and said Nevarah. I’m sure this was a made up name with the hesitation in her voice and response. When I explained what happened she basically called me a liar and took no accountability. I asked if they wear hairnets and she said Uhhh and never answered so I take that as a NO! Also just a suggestion…when answering the phone make sure you move to a non congested area to where you can be heard better over the background noise of people playing in the background. I could still hear her, but she was rude and no accountability. I get it’s fast food, but they still have guidelines and apparently Soddy Daisy Sonic does not follow them until Health Inspectors schedule a time to be there when they should just pop up unannounced.

  Oh man, Hickson Tennessee’s Sonic is the chaotic neutral of drive-thrus. I rolled up starving, ordered a chili cheese dog and a cherry limeade, and what showed up was basically performance art. The chili had the structural integrity of a wet paper towel, sliding off that poor hot dog like it was trying to escape a bad relationship. Meanwhile, the limeade was so tart it slapped me awake harder than a Red Bull and a surprise audit combined. The carhop skated out like she was auditioning for the X-Games, which honestly earned her a tip. But the real star was the tater tots—they arrived crispy, golden, and judging me silently for every life choice that led me to a Sonic parking lot at two p.m. Ten out of ten, would let them ruin my arteries again.

  I tried using the newest version of the Sonic Drive-in. I had difficulty using it so I went to the drive in and spoke to Mr Cook , who was the district manager. He was very helpful and understanding. I appreciated taking the time and walking me through it. I love this Sonic Drive in. Everyone is so nice. They all take their time to make the visit great!
