- AMApril Miller1 day ago1.0I could not be more disappointed with my experience with Bojangles. I placed a delivery order totaling $74, and 6 items were missing—literally half of my order! To make matters worse, the food I did receive was overcooked, dry, and nowhere near fresh. For $74, I expected a decent meal and a complete order, not food that was barely worth eating. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to explain the situation and express my frustration. The person who answered never even gave me their name and quickly brushed me off by telling me to go to the website and fill out a refund form. There was no genuine concern, no apology that addressed the situation, and no effort to resolve the problem directly. I followed their instructions and submitted the refund form, as requested, but I have never received a response! It's unacceptable to pay $74 for an order that is missing half its items, receive food that is overcooked and not fresh, and then be ignored when you try to get the issue resolved. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its customer service. Bojangles, you have lost my trust. I should not have to chase down a company to get help after paying for food I never received. The food quality, missing items, and complete lack of follow-up have left me extremely dissatisfied. I expected much better and will think twice before ordering from Bojangles again. One star is more than this experience deserved.

I get up to the intercom to order my food and was greeted with an AI voice over the intercom. Usually this is not a problem in todays world you kind of have to get used to it. However after ordering and then having to reorder again because it kept getting my order wrong I finally went around the building and inside. I proceed to wait for over 5 minutes as more and more orders piled up on the drive thru screen. I was told to wait 3 different times to place my order and finally gave up to find somewhere else.

Usually, service is really pleasant when we go back in with the wrong order. Today's service is prompting this review. Our order was correct on the ticket. However, three of four biscuits were wrong. When my husband went in to get the correct order, the lady threw the wrong order at the wall. She got the order together and still one order was wrong. My husband asks to see the receipt and she refuses telling him to look at the screen. He just gave up and took the still wrong order. Our order is NEVER wrong at the Dayton Bojangles and we order the same thing every time.
