  It was eh. Service was terrible. We sat at the tables instead of in our car. The staff refused to help us with missing items after our order was delivered. We were told they had other customers to help. Then went inside and stood around.

  Me and my whole family come here because we only live about seven minutes away from the sonic but after the last three experiences, I’ve had here we will be taking our business to the one that is three minutes further on Fortress!!! I used to always get a strawberry cheesecake Slush And I always have ordered on the app but about a month ago I noticed it wasn’t on the app anymore so I pulled through the drive-through and asked them if they could make that for me and said it wasn’t on app anymore. They told me that would be no problem. Charge me almost 8 dollars. I left and got back to the house, realized it tasted strongly like coconut with a hint of Strawberry. I thought everything was taken care of because I called the manager back and let her know what happened. She was very smart with me, but said she would put My name down so I could come get cream slush … No apology nothing just very rude and said I’ll put your name down. You can come back and get it. Finally, two weeks of past I went back to get my drink & Told them my name the Manager in the back never came to the window, but she sent two different people to argue with me telling me that I didn’t get a large drink. I got a medium one. Finally, I told the woman exactly how much I paid. She comes back with a drink and it’s a straight up milkshake strawberry milkshake, no strawberry, cheesecake, cream slush I get the cream slush because I like the consistency of it… So not only did I not get an apology for getting messed up in the first place, but she was extremely rude to me. Both interactions with/through Her absolutely unprofessional. I work as a manager in hospitality and I could not imagine treating one of my customers like that. So basically, I’m out of my money made two trips here and still didn’t get the drink. I ordered & Since I paid in cash, there’s nothing for me to dispute. I guess I’ll try to get in touch with corporate. Luckily, I have the recorded call where she says her name hopefully they’ll be able to take care of it.
