  I haven't eaten at Sonic recently so went today. I ordered the Tropical heat smash burger combo with groovy fries and sweet tea. As southerns say, it was good enough to smack your momma! The heat with the sweet was perfectly melded! I was honestly surprised! So, if you like spicy, I highly recommend this burger!!!

  I had the best experience with the best customer service today. I was extremely happy with my server, whose name was “Akayla” . She recommended an Oreo, peanut butter and strawberry shake, which was amazing. And she didn’t rush me or have me wondering if I should trust her judgment or not, lol. It’s been a long time since I had a pleasant experience at assigning, I will definitely continue coming here to support.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Thank you to Nicole for going over and beyond with her customer service! She apologized for a delay in my order (which wasn’t long at all) and gave me a coupon for a free drink! I greatly appreciated that.

  There are three Sonics within 5 miles of my house, but I always go to the Sonic on Team Blvd in Smyrna Tennessee. My go to is a Classic Grilled Chicken Sandwich which is always prepared to order. The food and wait time is always great. But the main reason I continue to come to this Sonic is the excellent customer service.

  I have been coming to this Sonic on Sam Ridley in Smyrna Tennessee for 15 years. There is not another Sonic in any State that surpasses this one. Nicholls (the Manager), Meadow, Renee, and Holly go over and beyond. If they see my car coming my order is ready at the drive-thru. Now that is real customer service. When I go out of town and return to Smyrna, this Sonic is my first stop.
