  The cashier seemed baffled the moment I walked in but as we spoke to each other she made the pizza fresh. The best pizza I ever had compared to domino's. The food is better when it's ordered at around 10am.

  Had a great experience today. Hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in years. Took my daughter, placed and order at the store. Waited maybe 10 minutes and the pizza was ready. Took it to a local park and enjoyed it with my daughter. The gentleman that took our order was very kind and we really enjoyed our experience!

  Pizza hut has stepped their game up when it comes to the menu. Try a melt or even just some cheesy bread sticks if you want a snack. As for the atmosphere, you are chosing where to eat it, so dont make bad choices after making such a good one with this Pizza hut.

  4/9/2026 I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks online for pickup, expecting a quick and easy process. When I walked in, there was a man sitting at the front on his phone, completely disengaged. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. Another employee came to the register and continued doing her tasks without even acknowledging that I was standing there. No “we’ll be right with you,” no eye contact—just silence. I finally had to speak up and say something, and only then was I asked if I was picking up an order. Even after confirming my name and the fact that I had already paid online, I was repeatedly told to “hold on,” while my food sat right there in plain sight. Meanwhile, the employee at the front stayed on his phone the entire time. The only positive part of this visit was a third employee who stepped in, greeted me politely, handed me my order, and showed basic customer service. Unfortunately, by that point, the damage was already done. To make matters worse, the food itself was just as disappointing—presentation looked fine, but everything was completely flavorless. Between the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and subpar food, I will not be returning to this location. I live in Smyrna, but I would rather drive to La Vergne, Antioch, or Murfreesboro than come back here. This location seriously needs better management, better training, or both.
