  Ordered extra cheese on a all meat pizza, and there were bare spots all over the pizza where it was just dough and crusty pizza sauce.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location Monday evening around 9 PM. I placed an order through the mobile app, as I have done many times before, for 10 pizzas. The app stated my order would be ready between 9:21–9:31 PM. When I arrived at 9:35 PM, the employee told me my order had “10 minutes left.” However, I later found out they had not even started making the pizzas. According to the employee assisting me, they chose not to begin the order because they thought it “might be a prank order.” This makes absolutely no sense considering the order was placed through the mobile app with all of my personal information attached. After waiting nearly an hour from the time I originally placed the order, the pizzas finally came out. To make matters worse, the employee then gave me attitude because I was understandably upset about being lied to and inconvenienced. What makes this situation especially upsetting is that I had family in town (around 30 people) who had not eaten all day because we were occupied with my mother’s funeral. The lack of urgency, communication, honesty, and basic customer service shown by this location was unacceptable. I have ordered from this location for years, but after this experience I will be taking my business to the location down the road instead. This store seriously needs customer service training and better management practices.

  Placed online order on three separate occasions over the past couple weeks. Order was placed through almaville Rd store, but somehow ended up going through Nissan. The orders never arrived. Followed tracking and door dash took to a totally different address, that appeared the be on the other side of town. Door dash driver on the last order called a d all I could understand was he didn't speak English. Called manager. Said they would remake order and resend. An hour later, I still had no order. Called manager again and he offered a store credit. Told him I was done with Papa John's and I wanted a refund because I would not be ordering again. He said he would block orders from my number. Not a problem there, because I would not be calling. We have had this address for twenty years and used Papa John's and not until door dash have we had delivery issues. I also called their corporate office to file a complaint and was told someone from the management team within 48 hours. It's now been a week and still no call. Apparently, not interested in losing a customer. There are two different people that place orders from this address. Mine are small orders, but my brother usually orders anywhere from $70-$100.
