Soon as I opened the cup I knew it was bad. I could see through it. Was not black!! I was already home when I discovered this so I could not go back. So disappointed.
- SDShane DavidsonApr 9, 20262.0Everyday I come here and get two mocha frappes for my mother this isnt just the first time this has happened the first incident they just swiped my card and handed it back to me, me not thinking it declined I drove up to the second window where they handed me my food then proceeded to tell me my card declined the manager then told me I owed some money which i didn’t mind paying for which I thought the entire payment went through but only partially paid which was weird cause I thought if there was insufficient funds the card should have declined without taking any money but today I went I ordered my usual two mocha frappes with no whipped cream i didn’t get read my order back to me and on top of that i got handed only one frappe me thinking im getting two the same manager then proceeded to bring up the same situation from 3-4 months ago never in my life have I ever felt disrespected like absolutely unprofessional I come here pretty much every day but after this I will take my business to Nissan dr where there “products” are cheaper anyway
