This Jimmy John's customer service is the worst, specifically the manager named Christine or Christina (should've written that down but I didn't think it would get this far). First off when I went in the drink machine was being cleaned and had windex on it (which I overlooked, no problem) but the manager tried to explain it away. When I returned home and was able to get to my sandwiches one of them didn't have sprouts (there was a recall, again no problem, except that customers should be told when that happens). My other sandwich (club lulu) didn't have bacon, so I call up to the store, not wanting anything free, just to let them know there was a mistake so that next time it can be corrected. The manager put me on hold to talk to the team member that made it and then returned and told me that he said he did put the bacon on the sandwich (so now I'm being called a liar). She told me I could come up if I wanted to and they would make me another, which I didn't want to do because I understand food costs and mistakes happening. What is completely unacceptable to me is that she called me a liar and then said, "now, what I'm not trying to do is calling you a liar". Yes, in fact you did and that's not okay. This Jimmy John's is a privately owned store so nothing will get done about this particular manager. My hopes for her are that someone reads this and sends her to management classes, I understand it's hard in the food business to find good employees but this is not okay. This is actually not the first time this has happened to me with the same manager which is why I'm writing this review (I hate reviews because they are extremely bias), I really just hope that something positive comes from it and this particular Jimmy John's can be better.
