Cashier 225 was not in the mood she didn’t speak but spoke to the customer in front of me and behind me and threw my bags at me, disappointed

The customer service, prices, and overall appearance was great. However, I paid $20 for some bad chicken. I went to the store early in the morning and didn't discover the meat was bad until I was preparing to cook it that evening. It probably was an isolated incident, but I will think before purchasing meat again from the store.

Es el mejor supermercado em Tennessee, siempre estan sonrientes, siempre muy amables , las personas que no hablan inglés pueden sentirse muy bien , por que igual los atenderán con amabilidad. Un supermercado maravilloso.

Loved it, found something i was not able to find at any other store
Today, I bought my groceries from your store in Smyrna, TN. While the cashier was scanning my items and bagging them I asked her to not bend my meat packages because I didn’t want them to bust. Plus, I did not plan on cooking the meat soon.
She seemed to not like that I asked her to not bend or break my packages. I could tell because she became more aggressive with other items such that I had to tell her to not toss another one of my items. After this statement, she did stop being aggressive with my items. However, I’m uncertain of what she may have been experiencing because prior to her scanning and basing my groceries we hadn’t made eye contact or spoken. She literally started aggressively scanning my groceries. Yes, I had several items, but I made sure to check out with the full-service cashier.
Whatever the case, busting, breaking, or tossing people’s groceries is highly unacceptable. I spent all most $169 on groceries in your location alone. I work too hard to walk out of store spending that kind of money on items I need to get home and find my items damaged. Please address this with cashier 0135. I’ll also be making a call to your store on tomorrow to address this with a manager.
