I’ve come here several times for lunch and it’s the same crew, same mediocre service, hot dos is always like same and half cooked so I tell them well done but this is the last time I come to this location. The person taking the orders and the person passing out the food were polite. The atmosphere was good. It was clean and quiet. But the doesn't taste like the Five Guys that I remember. They used to have what tasted like a fresh burger.

There was just me and another customer. I ordered 2 cheesebacon burgers, and when I got home, I realized that my burger didn't have any meat patty. It was basically the bun, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. No cheeseburger at all! Very frustrating!! My friend felt sorry for me and gave me some of her patty, which of course also ruined her burger as well.. so basically both of our cheesebacon burgers were ruined. I called the restaurant 12 times already and I still couldn't talk to anyone (it is almost 4pm). No one picks up the phone. This is very frustrating.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
