When I opened the container that was supposed to have the side of chicken, it ended up being someone’s half eaten bowl of food with rice and other ingredients. This was disgusting and ruined my meal. Since my wife picked the food up I let her call the restaurant. There only response was there was nothing they could do and she would need to contact online. So she got the joy of dealing with an AI chat that did the bare minimum of giving us a $4 credit for the next time we order something. At the very least this should have been a free meal that the location we ordered from would provide us. Giving someone a half eaten meal with their order isn’t a small mistake and I’m assuming this means someone that worked there was eating where the food is prepared which has to be a health code violation. This restaurant has poor service and does not take cleanliness seriously. As you can see from their reply, the store itself does not care. They told me to contact online instead of a manager at the store. In my review I even said that we already contacted online and they didn’t care either. Horrible way to run a restaurant.
