  From Google-"reviews mention the service can be inattentive and the food can be cold" this was my exact experience here at this location. This is probably the worst chipotle in middle Tn area, The rating and reviews of the staff and preparation of the food is not false. They should honestly fire the whole staff that was working tonight. The only person that was respectful to a customer that was patronizing this establishment was the white kid. I got denied service because I voiced my concerns on the preparation of the steak and how old and cold the food looked. The young lady who was preparing the bowl was very rude and wanted to debacle about food I'm paying for with "MY MONEY". Definitely probably one of the most absurd situations ever. The manager definitely lacked the ability to manage the shift because why are you allowing an employee to go back and forth with a customer?? You should have corrected her actions & her lack of mannerisms also her lack of regard for a paying customer. Then turnaround and deny me service for having a voice about the staff and poor preparation of the food here is ridiculous and each one of you needs to be removed from this brand CHIPOTLE is a brand that each one of you have represented poorly. I am calling for each one of you to be fired.... I will make it my personal business to do so. Including the cook. No one yelled...no one cursed at you & no one threatened either of you....PLEASE REMOVE THEDR PROBLEMATIC STAFF MEMBERS!

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle. The food was extremely salty—honestly to the point where it was hard to eat—and just didn’t taste fresh at all. I went up to the manager to explain the issue and asked if I could get a refund. She told me she couldn’t do that, only offered to remake the food, and gave me a pretty rude look while doing it. That just made the situation worse. I wasn’t expecting anything unreasonable, just decent customer service and food that’s actually enjoyable. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

  Laziest employees work at this location, it takes two seconds to walk to a window and hand someone their online pickup order that is paid for. So don’t ORDER ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY WILL COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU AT THE WINDOW, THEN WHEN YOU COME INSIDE THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AS WELL UNTIL YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY YELL AND BE RUDE JUST TO GET THIER ATTENTION. 😂😂🙄🙄 All the other locations know this and do this. I’ve eaten chipotle literally everywhere and have never had this issue. These kids working here have no respect , they are disrespectful and have no customer service skills and they are straight up LAZYYYYY, whoever is the manager needs to be fired. New management would help teach these kids customer service skills.
