  Today around 1:30, Quanisha (I hope I spelled her name correctly) greeted me with kindness and prepared my bowl with such a welcoming attitude. She was honestly the best part of my visit! Unfortunately, once I got to the register, the experience went downhill. The manager on duty was rude and dismissive, and her attitude was so noticeable that another customer even commented, “With that attitude, she should have stayed home.” The sad part is that she was training a new employee. Quanisha deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Honestly, she’d make a much better manager! Quanisha is the only reason I gave this location 4 stars. Without her, it would have been 1 star.

  So I’ll come in today to get food and the thing I can smell the most is heavy makeup was down there made me sick and I have an appetite no offense but need to stop that shit🤮

  disgusting place. so apparently you want to charge me for a side of sour cream with my bowl, but the workers in the back eating chips with their hands then serving us with those same hands is disgusting. if you really cared about saving money, how about train your workers not to sneak food and chips?

  I won’t be coming back to this location again. I came in with my daughter just wanting to have a nice dinner, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. When I first got there, I was told I would have to wait about 8 minutes for chicken, which was completely fine. I sat patiently and waited because I understand things happen. Once they started making my food, the guy working was being extremely aggressive with the food, literally flinging it around while making my bowl. I calmly asked if he was okay because he seemed frustrated, and he completely ignored me. I then politely told him, “Hey, you’re being a little aggressive, can you slow down a little?” He said, “Oh okay, my bad,” and that should have been the end of it. I was never rude, loud, or disrespectful to him. There were only three people in line, and two of them had barely even walked in, so I honestly didn’t understand the attitude. Then, when he handed my guacamole to the other employee, she made a smart remark saying, “Thanks for being quick,” clearly directed at me. I wasn’t looking for an argument or any special treatment—I simply wanted to get dinner with my daughter and be treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, the attitude from both employees completely ruined the experience for me, and I will not be returning to this location.

  I placed an online order of double Everything in my bowl, I did not receive double at all. Only half my bowl was filled when I go in my bowl is filled to the top every time I am very disappointed in this, and then I tried using my free code for a drink through the app and they told me I had to spend five dollars in order to get my free drink after I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at chipotle. Can we please explain why we are rationing food we are selling.
