Only half my bowl was filled when I go in my bowl is filled to the top every time I am very disappointed in this, and then I tried using my free code for a drink through the app and they told me I had to spend five dollars in order to get my free drink after I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at chipotle. Can we please explain why we are rationing food we are selling.

My bowl was completely flooded with this salsa when I got home and opened the bowl, making the food completely inedible to me and a waste of money.

Had to wait a minute on chicken and to make matters worse I got chips and guacamole and the chips were stale. Asked if they could make more, or if I could get different ones, they said that they’re all the same. So yall are just selling stale chips???? lol. And then if I was to get sick then what??? So I asked the lady if she would want stale chips and if she could make more she said it’ll be 30 minutes to make more. This is unacceptable. I eat chipotle 2/3 times a week. This is the worst customer service I’ve had at their location. 0/10.
