- LBLynn Bardill2 days ago1.0Went in to order breakfast ordered chicken fillet biscuit, however I received the order placed after mine - egg white and cheese. Called to get order corrected per manager I had to leave message on system called “ chik fillet cares” . Not able to leave message after being on hold for fifteen minutes. Called back and manager stated have to leave message never gave option to correct order. Chik filet cares not so much have yet to have their error on order corrected.

The service was slow, as it was a busy time of day so we chose to go inside for our to-go order because usually it's faster at the counter in most fast food places and your food is fresher. We ordered a #1 with extra pickles and a half and half tea and an 8 ct chicken nugget and a Dr pepper. That was it. It took 23 minutes to get our food. My sandwich came with extra pickles on the side in a remaking but the bread was soggy like it had sat there waiting. We also had ZERO napkins or plasticware in our to-go bag. Not the service I'm used to. Very disappointed.
