  This BWW is better than most I've been too. I go during lunch only, and usually get wings. The wings are fresh and crispy during lunch. Sometimes they are rubbery from BWW, but I have not had that problem here. Sometimes the wait times for food are long, but that is because I go only during the lunch hour rush. Even so, the waiters are quick to take your order and check up on you.

  waiter brought food out for the second party I had to wait a extra 10 minutes to receive mine, by the time receiving mine we was already wanting to leave do to other persons food being "gas station tenders" was not good not good service and won't be returning... For a chicken place if you can't get tenders right, you have no right making wings!! Just all over a bad experience!!!! Do NOT Recommend!!!

  Our food was cold and the server barely came to check on us , our wings were ice cold and our appetizers were good but the wings themselves were cold , I won’t be coming back , we literally watched our server check in everyone but us

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand, and we waited for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, multiple staff members passed by without offering any assistance or even greeting us. After standing there with no service or communication, we decided to leave. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this visit did not meet even basic expectations for customer service. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests are not left waiting and ignored.
