I'm new to the south, and was not sure "southern hospitality" was still a thing, or even real, and Donna was very hospitable! The restaurant was very clean, and well maintained. Ordering was quick, and easy, and the food was ready in no time at all! We ordered bo bites, tenders, a chicken sandwich, all got different sides, and it was all delicious! Donna gave us a few different sauces to sample, the homemade ranch and bo sauce being our favorite (especially the bo sauce!!). She even gave us an order of two blueberry biscuits on the house, and came to check in on us a couple times. She was just so pleasant, and friendly, and genuinely seemed passionate about providing good quality food, and even better customer service. We will definitely be back soon! Due to the incredible customer service, there's no reason for me to go try any other location!!
- AAAndrewJun 18, 20261.0Ai took our order get to the window and the girl tells my husband they are making the bo rounds fresh um we didnt order bo rounds seemd like she got an attitude when my husband jokingly said they need to fire the Ai.. got our food the mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like water the fries were cold and hard like they were sitting out a while under the heat lamp .. the dirty rice was soupy ( gross ) and the chicken the chicken tasted like it was under cooked pulled up the meat at the bone you could see blood .. cant take it back we are headed south on a time limit .. wasted money wasted food ..
