They are so loving and amazing, this is like my 1,000,000 time coming and i mainly just go because i love talking to them. also the drinks add just enough energy to get through my long day of school. I also have never tipped more because they make us feel so welcome even if we are just strangers. When this guy was having us pay, and the tip screen was coming up and he turned his face around and said this is not mandatory at all do not feel pressured to do so. also this one time i was getting the can energy and this guy said like idk why you would have to tip me im literally just grabbing a can. it just made me laugh and his tone was just so funny. they truly know how to make you happy even on a bad day. I can’t wait for the new 7- brew to open up in nolenville!!!

I’ve only visited this location a few times, but every time, the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service has always been fast. This morning, Rowan, one of the members, greeted me warmly and engaged in a friendly conversation. I always appreciate these small gestures.

Melisa is such an amazing person and employee, she saved my life making me the best drink in the world, the world deserves more Melisa’s but ofc there can only be 1 because if there was more the world would be perfect but definitely 10/10 coming back I love this location!!

Oh my gosh. I usually never leave reviews, but that girl Melisa is just the BEST! She gave me the best, yummiest drink with the quickest service. Please give her a raise or some recognition for her hard work. She said she is going to university too while still providing such amazing service. I was on my break of my 16 hour shift and wow did it get me through the rest of it. Will definitely be coming back!!!!💖💖💖💖💖

I have been going to this location since it was open. Never had a problem. Except for today. We often carpool with friends and have always gone to 7 brews on our journey. This location and the one in Murfreesboro. However, our visit today was shocking. My wife and I ordered our drinks as usual. Paid, then our friends tried to place their order and we were told we would have to pull around and get back in line to place another order. Note: We were one of four cars in both lanes. NEVER have we had this issue before. But we were told by 3 employees that it's a "new policy". So we left and visited the Murfreesboro location to get my friends coffee. We will no longer patronize the Smyrna location. And according to Murfreesboro, Smyrna has gotten worse over time due to poor management. So, that makes sense.
