- LLLillyApr 24, 20261.0Lady taking orders skipped me to go to the other lane and talk with her friend for 5 minutes while no one else was on lane to greet me and take my order. I think it’s great that friends come to visit but workers should have enough sense to take care of customers FIRST and then go say hi to friends if they’re not busy. That should be common sense but it seems like the people who work here don’t have any. The lady was a white girl with blonde/light brown curly hair. Absolutely ridiculous and this stand is pathetic and needs to get its act together or it will be closed down soon bc of the bad service.

I got a blended energy drink and this location did not pour the energy drink into the mixture. It was just ice and syrup. When I went back to get the drink fixed the employees gave me a horrible attitude and a medium drink instead of the large I ordered. Needless to say I will never be back to this location. Also, the owner should remind their employees they work in a glass box and customers can see them make the drinks incorrectly as well as their facial expressions and mannerisms.
