  If I didn’t have to put a star, I wouldn’t put a star. My wife just came home and told me that the lady the manager over the Smithville Arby’s told her since their kitchen people are so foul and couldn’t make our food right she offered for them to just take our sandwiches back and throw some cheese and sauce on them and the manager, the manager said no we can’t take sandwiches back to the kitchen. How about I’ll just give you a cup of cheese sauce and a cup of Arby’s sauce and you just go home and throw it in the microwave and it’ll be good as New. They need to shut the door down and burn it to hell. They couldn’t even give me a large curly fry. They gave me a quarter of a cup of fries and half of it was mixed with them. Little burnt corners of curly fries and crinkle fries, which you can kind of see in the picture Into the little lady at the window that tried her damnedest to make everything right I want thank you for being so nice to my wife but to the manager they need to replace you as soon as possible I will no longer be going here

  I had a great service experience with the lady that worked the drive thru on 04/29. She was very pleasant and I left with a smile and that don't happen often around here. I think her name is Jenn maybe. Short dark hair super nice lady!!!

  Wheres the beef??? Remember that one??? Cause for a ton of cash they sure don't give you any at all!!!! They always say ARBYS: "WE HAVE THE MEATS" YEA RIGHT!!! 15 BYCKS FOR A RUBEN MEAL AND I GOT LIKE ONE TINY SLICE OF MEAT 👎👎👎👎👎

  Arbys has good food, but it would be 100% better if they heated the sandwich buns.

  Roast beefs are always good. But if your gonna bring potato cakes back ,you might want to cook when ordered. Mine were cold and rubbery.
