  I am absolutely disgusted by the service at this McDonald's location and feel compelled to warn others. I usually don't write negative reviews, but what happened here crosses the line from simple incompetence to a serious health violation. After waiting an unusually long time for my order, I finally received my food. When I sat down to eat, I noticed something completely repulsive—there was clear evidence that someone had spit directly into my food. This is not just a case of getting the wrong order, cold fries, or a missing item. This is an intentional, malicious, and incredibly unhygienic act by the staff. It is completely unlawful, unsafe, and a massive violation of basic food safety standards. When I tried to bring it to the management's attention, the response was dismissive and lacked any sense of urgency or accountability. If the employees think it’s funny or acceptable to tamper with customers' food, this entire location needs a serious intervention from corporate and the local health department. Save your money, protect your health, and go literally anywhere else. I will never, under any circumstances, step foot in this location again.

  Will not return! Toxic Management! I have been getting blackberry refreshers made with sweet tea since they released, just ordered one last night from this location. I went today and they refused to make it so I said I would go to the other location on Madison St they make them for me EVERY weekday morning. I get to drive thru and place my order the the girl giggles tells me to hold on and then comes back on and said we were told not to make that for you. This location on Main St called the Madison location and told them not to make them for me.??? Where did this type of service come from? I quit going to 7Brew because I like McDonald's refresher with tea better. However they have now lost ALL of my service. I will return to either Starbucks or 7 Brew where the refreshers can be made with sweet tea, green tea, etc.... Epic Fail McDonald's

  I placed a doordash order here and I ordered oatmeal. My sandwich was missing and my oatmeal wasn't cooked. It was just in a packet. That's kind of ridiculous and really lazy if I want to cook oatmeal at home, I'll do it at home

  Ordered a Quarter Pound with cheese plain and small fry waited 28 minutes for my order and when I foot home it was not plain and the fries had to be heated in the microwave

  Waiting an hour for fast food ridiculous. Nobody here knows what they are doing and some poor new guy is up front trying to deal with angry customers. This location needs to get it together especially when we do half the work placing the order on a kiosk.
