  Why no ketchup? I would go to the local grocery store for bottles to place on the table. I'm GenX I ordered from the flat screen.

  Very rude management and service. They have messed my order up every single time I have went there and have always been rude. I don’t ever call and complain about it or even go back to get it remade but tonight was unacceptable completely. They didn’t put anything on that I asked them to and whenever I came back they messed it up not once, not twice but three times. I will never go back there again and I’m honestly surprised they even are still open. It stinks every time I have went in there. They have always been rude and short plus short staffed, I can see why now. Not to mention I waited over an hour in the drive through line just to have it re made and messed up 3 times. Whenever I called back again the guy said that’s what I said to put on it and I didn’t. Then he hung up the phone.

  i just wanted to get on here and share my experience with the mcdonald’s on north main. i know fast food restaurants can be stressful and i understand how it can be, but to treat your customers poorly, was super disrespectful, and was laughing at us about the whole situation and that is just bad customer service and for the store manager Alex to walk up to us and saying “sup” to your customers is very unprofessional and when i asked if he was the manager he pointed up and down at his shirt hinting by his clothes he was the manager and tbh i couldn’t tell he was by his sour attitude and the way he presented himself. AND on top of all of that he never apologized for his teams behavior and never apologized about how bad this experience was. this store is just going down hill and i understand it’s mcdonald blah blah, you still shouldn’t be so disrespectful to people and have better customer service skills in the food industry (speaking from experience). we order through the drive thru and the lady was disrespectful and yelling what drink did we want twice. we asked for no tomatoes and no lettuce on our sandwich and it’s supposed to come with bacon. it came with no bacon and they added one singular tomato (the sandwich comes with 3) and they probably did it on purpose because they heard us complaining at the window and talked shit and we’re laughing at us. the chicken was a size of a nugget and i worked at mcdonald’s before and that entails that the chicken is old. the manager was super unprofessional and didn’t even greet us and didn’t apologize for our bad experience. and waited 15 minutes to get a refund and no one never attended to the other customers in the store and just looked at us. and we were on FaceTime with a friend on the phone and we laughed to ourselves about a joke we made and the teenagers were cussing and yelling “they’re filming me and keep looking at me and they are laughing at me” and was threatening to fight us by saying “we can do this right now” and was looking at us first and all we did was look to see if the manager was coming back and when he did he he attended to the other customers instead of us first the kind door dashers told him he we’re here first. and then once he gave us a refund.. he never apologized for his staffs behavior and about our bad experience. overall just a bad experience and i understand it’s just McDonald’s but have a little decency to take responsibility about your team and show some respect. AND the health permit is expired!!! just goes to show how unprofessional and unorganized the store is.

  I know this is very first world problems, but this is probably the worst service possible. I have a young son who currently loves McDonalds so we get it for him maybe twice a month or so just when we’re out running errands etc etc. whenever this is the one we stop at it’s always instant regret. There’s never a clean table to sit at, no one wants to be helpful behind the counter, no way to get refills but to ask for a replacement up, and that means asking three employees and waiting seven minutes for that to even happen. Not to mention the dreaded drive through, you’re going to be waiting an excessively long time then have to park in the front of the store and half the order is wrong. I hope for the sake of the location they can get things worked out
