During my most recent visit, the employee taking my drive-thru order spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive tone. It was noticeable enough that another employee told her she needed to soften her voice, but she showed no interest in changing her attitude. The food was fine and there was no wait, but customer service is a big part of the experience. One bad interaction can happen anywhere, but this is not the first time I've encountered unfriendly service at this location. I hope management addresses the issue, because customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

We don't live in the Southeast, so this trip to Nashville was my very first opportunity to try the chain. The fried chicken, on a fast food scale, was a ten out of ten on taste. The only thing I can compare it to for those living in the southwest is a less greasy Church's Chicken with a bit more of a cayenne pepper on the back end. The biscuits are some of the best I've had at a fast food chicken place, not overly sweet and both crunchy and fluffy. I tried the Cajun pinto beans and dirty rice and have to say this is the way to get your plate! Since we were celebrating my brother's birthday on this trip, we got the cobbler and boberry biscuits. I think the made-from-scratch boberry biscuits might be the single best reason to visit this restaurant! The young people at the counter were super friendly and helpful for a first timer.
