- SPSadie PatientAug 11, 20261.0i just went in through the drive through, i got a 6 pc chicken bite, fries, mountain dew, honey mustard. my ENTIRE meal was the worst thing i ever had, i wish i was exaggerating. my chicken was definitely dried out, definitely has been sitting there for a while in the heater. my fries tasted rotten, old, stale, hard rock. my honey mustard was straight liquid, no thickness what so ever. my mountain dew was actual water. again i WISH i was exaggerating but im not in the slightest bit. my husband got a 9 pc chicken bite, fries, jalapeño ranch, and dr pepper. i’ll be damned, he’s got the same experience with the food as me. liquid ranch, water dr pepper, oldest fries; his were actually worse than mine, i seriously couldn’t even squish it to break it, they basically tried to bake potato fries i guess? the chicken had a funky taste just like the fries. i’m worried they don’t clean their things or maybe they don’t throw the food out like supposed to when it goes past the 4 hours or whatever it is. either way im now scared we will be sick over this food and if so, will be hearing from me. i just moved here and i never had this experience in murfreesboro or even le vergne!

During my most recent visit, the employee taking my drive-thru order spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive tone. It was noticeable enough that another employee told her she needed to soften her voice, but she showed no interest in changing her attitude. The food was fine and there was no wait, but customer service is a big part of the experience. One bad interaction can happen anywhere, but this is not the first time I've encountered unfriendly service at this location. I hope management addresses the issue, because customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
