The girls are as sweet as they can be and they take the time to talk to you while you wait for your drink. Ashton is a ray of sunshine. She is always so sweet and nice. She knows what I want before I order. She is a great person.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The music was extremely loud, making it difficult for the employee taking our order to hear us. We ordered four drinks, and three were incorrect. The Brunette we ordered tasted more like chocolate milk than the drink it was supposed to be. When one of the drinks was remade, the cup was not full and was sticky and unclean. I understand that mistakes happen, but the combination of the excessive noise, incorrect drinks, and cleanliness issue made this visit frustrating. Given the prices, I expected better accuracy, cleanliness, and customer service.

My friend and I went there today and when we pulled up we asked for a frozen coffee and a light ice energy drink both medium. Instead she got a small energy drink Frozen and I got a medium coffee iced ( we asked multiple times for the energy drink to be light ice and for the coffee to be frozen). We got a medium coffee with light ice not frozen like I asked and she got a small energy drink Frozen with no light ice. The gentleman who was serving us was amazing up until the end when he started getting agitated with the fact that my friend kept asking questions and was trying to have her words come out she has severe anxiety and does not like to leave the house along with she is severely dyslexic and on the spectrum for autism. So getting her out of the house to go get some coffee that she enjoys is not something I can do often. She had a anxiety attack thinking she did something wrong because he got a attitude with us. Along with the fact we seen one of the girls use her mouth to open something to pour into a drink we watched her do it. It was disgusting and unsanitary I'm very unprofessional. I have worked in fast food to factorys in 8ish years and I can say that can get someone fired and sick. We love coming to 7 brew but I don't think we will be coming back for a while
