  Please understand I am not saying they weren't busy, they were. What I am saying is if you only plan to service drive thru and to go orders don't have a lobby that offers eat in. Customer service??? Rather lack of service has gone rampant. It's like a disease. This is not the only place just one of. But sad. Ordered 6 regular tacos. 3 tacos extra meat & cheese no lettuce (note you have to order extra meat if you want more than 1/2 a teaspoon) & 3 hardshell extra meat regular. I counted more than 15 cars go through the drive thru while we were waiting for our order and 6 plus the one being put up for door dash before requesting a refund 30 minutes later. I understand busy, I understand extremely busy. What i do not understand is ourselves and no less than 10 other customers waiting for food to eat in while only drive thru and door dash orders are the only orders serviced or serviced first. Short of help okay bring additional employees in on rush hours.

  Absolutely horrible and calling corporate at 11 when they open to email pictures as another Taco Bell store has said is possible since this one won’t answer and the store isn’t busy either no excuses no meat on the food and triple wrapped bean burritos with 3 tortilla shells also did the same thing with the five layer burritos and yes we took pictures of course when a very first got here with a timestamp the workers and especially manager are absolutely just disgusting this will be the absolute last time this store needs the health dept immediately as well as codes just the worst and 3rd time is a charm

  Always a 30-45 minute wait. They have you sit at the speaker instead of pulling forward so it doesn’t set off their sensor that starts tracking time thus affecting their ticket times. My guess is that the owners or corporate don’t know that people are waiting longer than it would take to go to a sit down restaurant and get food. Because of this we RARELY go here and when we do we all wind up frustrated. However, if you’re willing to wait 30-45 minutes in the Taco Bell drive through- the food is always correct. (Knock on wood)

  everytime i come to this location there is never anyone at the drive through to take orders, which costs the line to in the street, which from my understanding is illegal. the food here is usually really good but really not worth the wait or the effort of waiting in the line

  Great food only takes an hour to get it if you wait in their line and if you go inside it’s not much better. Every time i go to this taco bell something on my order is wrong or old. They show Seymour they couldn’t care less about trying.
