  I left a negative review of this location four years ago because their customer service had gone downhill and because of the frustrating outsourced call center. Unfortunately, nothing has improved — and tonight’s experience was even worse. A couple weeks ago, this store badly messed up an order of cheese sticks. I called immediately and spoke directly with Crystal, the GM. She was professional and told me we would receive a free order of cheese sticks next time and simply needed to tell whoever took our order. Tonight my wife called to redeem that replacement. First, getting through to the actual store was a nightmare because the calls are still routed through an overseas call center. We were eventually transferred to the store and then disconnected, so we had to call back and go through everything again. When my wife finally reached someone at the store, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. She said she hadn’t heard anything about the replacement and that we would have to call back when Crystal was working. That is ridiculous. The GENERAL MANAGER already told us the store owed us a replacement because the store messed up our food. Customers shouldn’t have to figure out the GM’s work schedule just to get a mistake corrected, and they certainly shouldn’t be treated rudely for asking. I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for over 20 years. Mistakes with food happen. What matters is how a business handles them afterward. Crystal handled the original problem correctly. Everything that happened after that was awful customer service. Between the outsourced phone system, being disconnected, having to repeatedly call just to reach the store, and then the attitude from the employee once we finally did, I’m beyond frustrated with this location. After more than 20 years of being a customer, I’m about done.

  May 21 2026 I had two mushroom pizzas delivered. They had hardly any cheese on them at all. I'm a former employee of Papa Johns who worked there for many years. This is unacceptable and I'm pissed. I called the store but they were closed. I ordered it through Doordash but they refused to give a credit or refund for bad quality. So disappointed. Message to the store: I want a credit. Please look up the phone number through Doordash and call me and make this right. Order time was 10:32pm. First name is Mike. Last 4 digits of phone # is 8089. Then I'll remove the bad reviews on Doordash and Google which I already posted.
