  Waited 18 minutes in the drive through for food, what do you know it’s comes out with the fries completely cold and soggy. Missing all of our condiments we paid extra for, so I go inside and wait another 10 minutes just to get those. They also need to find someone that actually has customer service to take orders. The lady outside was a complete grouch for literally zero reason. Trying to be polite is incredibly hard when they are grunting and acting like it’s your fault they hate their job. Like lady just let me order my chicken sandwich you guys are going to mess up anyway. Worst whataburger by far I’ve been too, and whataburger is my favorite fast food place that I drive an hour just to go to back home.

  When you specify PLAIN.. no cheese, no anything, well done burger, toasted no .2...and they still bring it out with everything on it....grrrrr. 23 years enjoying Whattaburger. You would think those outside of Texas would get their act together. Especially with the employee that goes around with the condiment tray. Myself and the tables around me are all asking the same thing..were are they. Since there is no condiments available in the dining area. 2 hour drive for a let down 👎

  Our experience at this location made us not want to try Whataburger again. Food wasn't warm and when they forgot to add ketchup to our bags, it took entirely too long for someone to check if we needed anything additional at the window. My toast on my patty melt seemed stale and my wife's drink was completely wrong. It was most our family's first time trying Whataburger and every one of them said they would not try it again due to this experience. Would not recommend this location, especially if you've never had Whataburger.

  Went there for the first time after going to the movies with a friend. The food was good, but the staff is rude. Me and my friend originally planned on eating inside, but once we walked in we decided to get our food to go because it’s like walking inside an ice box, they keep it absolutely freezing inside the building. We check to see if they were closing soon, because I’ve worked in customer service as a waitress before, and I know sometimes places tend to ice people out when it’s near closing. But it was only around 9:00pm, and the location was 24 hours (according to Google at least). We ordered our food and waited, and when the food was brought to us the girl brining our food asked if we would like ketchup. I asked her if I could have ranch instead, and she repeated “You want ranch?” In a very irritated tone. Her tone took me off guard so I was like “Umm, yes please?”. She then stormed off, and when she came back she slammed the ranch on the table. Me and my friend both looked at each other with wide eye because we were in shock with the girl being so rude for no reason, because all I did was just ask for ranch. Both me and my friend have done waitress work, so we understand customers can be frustrating, and sometimes folks are having a bad day. However, neither I or my friend have ever taken it out on customers, especially for no reason. Our food was not prepared to-go like we had ordered, but we still took our food to eat in the car anyway. In the car my friend learned that her order was wrong, but considering we had ranch slammed on the table for simply asking for it, we were not about to go back to have the order fixed. The food was good, but this was our first ever time going to a whataburger, and I think if we were to go again, it would be at a different location than this one.

  Place was dirty af, mold on ceiling... waited 45 mins for my order and they still messed up.. Everyone inside who order waited 40 to an hr while drivethur was getting their food so quick. I asked a worker how much longer? And she looked at me like I had 3 heads and was walking away and I was like.. I'm excuse me.... she goes, we are backed up and I was like, who was backed up? Drive-thru is getting their food way quicker while everyone inside are waiting for how long and she just gave me a dirty looked and walked away, she didn't care at all. People were celebrating when they got their food because some of them waited for an hr... and place was just dirty af.. if I knew I was going wait 45 mins, I would have went somewhere else . And also we tried to order breakfast and this was at 11:19 and we got told, they are not making breakfast... thought it was 11pm to 11am?
